Process of wine making:
this wine is obtained with red grapes here called Friularo (Raboso Piave) late harvested in the end of October. After pass into the Destemmer – Crusher and to the immediate soft pressing. Cleansing of must after decantation with low controlled temperature and successive start of fermentation that will continue to 16°C. In the successive weeks the “wine-base”, that stay on its noble dregs, is ready to start the refermentation of the Charmat method.
