Process of wine making

The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle. After over 2 years of ageing on the lees, there is dégorgement and bottling.

On the nose give pleasant sensations of freshness, the taste is sapid and pleasantly bitter.

We recommend it as aperitif or combined with fish, shellfish and aged cheeses.

Alcohol level 12,50 % vol.
