FIOR D'ARANCIO COLLI EUGANEI docg spumante

Come from past, perhaps from Syria, perhaps from Mesopotamia is the pride of the Euganean Hills and DOCG in 2011.
Its color is brilliant with golden reflections, intense aroma of citrus, apple and apricot, sweet taste fresh and pleasantly aromatic.
Accompanies perfectly puff pastries, cakes and fruit tarts.

Process of wine making: white.

Early harvested to preserve good acidity. Destemming-pressing and immediate pressing. The must cleaned after settling at a low temperature and the next start of fermentation which continues to 16 ° C.  When reaching the optimum alcohol level and the right residual sugar, the must-wine is filtered and prepared to bottling.

Alcohol level: 7/8 %vol
