Characteristics

Obtained with one of the most famous white grapes in the world this wine is straw-coloured, with an intense and fruity smell of to the mature golden delicious apple. Its dry and velvety taste recalls the acacia honey. To be served with hors-d'oeuvre, soup and fish.

Process of wine making:
